Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 October 2026

1. Who I am

This website is the personal site of Jovana Stojković, architect, researcher and artist, Petrovaradin, Serbia. I am responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: office@ad-astra-architecture.com.

2. Data I collect

When you visit the site

If you accept analytics cookies, the site uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are opened, roughly where visitors come from and what kind of device they use. It does not show me who you are, and if you do not accept, it is not loaded at all. The site uses no advertising tools. The server that hosts the site keeps standard technical logs: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. They are used only to keep the site secure and running, and are kept for a limited period.

When you write to me

I receive what you send: your name, email address, your message and any files you attach.

3. Cookies

The site sets cookies only if you accept analytics. Google Analytics then stores its cookies in your browser, and your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage. The details are in the Cookie Policy.

4. Legal basis for processing

I process your data based on:

  • steps you ask me to take, such as answering your message;
  • your consent, given when you accept analytics cookies;
  • my legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

5. Data sharing

Your data is shared only with the provider that hosts this site and my email, and with Google for visit statistics if you accept analytics cookies. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy, including any transfer outside Europe under the safeguards described there.

I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to others.

6. How long I keep data

I keep correspondence as long as needed to answer you, and longer only where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data I hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • object to or restrict processing, and receive your data in a portable form;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To exercise your rights, please contact me at office@ad-astra-architecture.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live, or in Serbia to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
